The latest patch is now available on all platforms for F1 23. Released on January 29

  • Fixed a rendering issue with the McLaren Chrome livery in MyTeam mode
  • Improved fog effects for night track replay cameras
  • Fixed an issue with uneven grip on the wet start line
  • Fixed an issue where slicks could be assigned to a competitor after a red flag was raised in dynamic weather conditions while other competitors were in wet conditions
  • Fixed an issue where some AI drivers would run out of fuel at 100% of the race when racing at Japan/Suzuka
  • Fixed a visual issue where Podium Pass XP was not correctly showing as awarded
  • Disable DLSS 3 frame generation
  • Fixed various usability issues in Elimination Mode
  • Various minor fixes
  • General stability improvements

The development team is continuing to work hard on making adjustments to the game based on community feedback.

F1 23 Gameplay

In F1 23, players will enter the narrative mode “Braking Point 2”, where familiar faces such as Devon Butler and Aiden Jackson will return along with new character Callie Mayer. The game has enhanced driving physics, introduced a 35% race distance option, and reintroduced red flags for increased realism. New icons such as Nigel Mansell and Jamie Chadwick have also joined the roster. “F1 World” has unified all game modes and introduced safety ratings for online play, while players can upgrade their cars and hire team members through in-game rewards.

Excitingly, new tracks like Lusail International Raceway and Las Vegas Strip Raceway are introduced in the game, and players can also choose between licensed or original soundtracks during the race, which adds to the immersive experience of the game.
