Fallout 4: Human Error walkthrough
Entering the Covenant:
The mission begins when the player enters the town of Covenant, east of the Commonwealth’s Mystic Pine Forest. They must take a SAFE test administered by Swanson to prove they are not a synth before entering the town.
Talk to Honest Dan:
Once inside the Covenant, find Honest Dan and learn about the missing caravan. He is willing to share the rewards of the investigation. Follow the quest to explore the outside of the Covenant, examine the remains of the caravan, and obtain Deezer’s Lemonade.

Decide Amelia’s fate:
The player faces a critical decision – trust Dr. Chambers or disobey her. This choice determines the fate of Emilia Stockton and the outcome of the entire mission. The player can side with the doctor and kill Honest Dan, or free Emilia and turn the Covenant against him.
Choose to ally with the Doctor or free Amelia:
Depending on the path chosen, choose to side with Dr. Chambers, get paid from Jacob, and make Covenant a buildable settlement, or free Emilia, kill Dr. Chambers, and then return to Old Stockton to get paid.
