What is the “Gimme a Sign” quest in Disney’s Dreamland?
The Give Me a Sign mission in Disney’s Dreamland is a new mission for Goofy. He remembers a stall on the Timeless Isle and asks for your help in rebuilding one in the Ancient Lands. After completing this mission, you will be able to assist Goofy in building stalls in other areas of the Timeless Isle: Shimmering Dunes and The Wild Tangle.
While “Give Me a Sign” is not officially part of the main story mission in Timeless Isle, completing it may be necessary to complete the story mission “Flying Metal Trouble” given by Jafar. In this mission, you need to prepare a meal for EVE that requires yams and celery. Completing “Give Me a Sign” unlocks the option to purchase Yam Seeds and Celery Seeds from Goofy’s Stand in Ancient Landing.

Find Goofy’s lost booth sign
After entering the Ancient Land, I found a shabby stall with only half a signboard. The missing half of the sign can be found in a pile of rubble near the stall. Once you pick up the missing pieces, the mission “Give Me a Sign” starts. Goofy may teleport to the Timeless Isle, or you may need to return to Dreamlight Valley to talk to him.
Collect copper and plastic
To repair Goofy’s stall in the Ancient Land, collect the following materials:
- 25 x Copper Ore: Mined from any rock spot in the Ancient Lands or found by breaking Copper Rock. Upgrade your royal pickaxe to break the Copper Rock in the “Secret of the Timeless Isle” mission.
- 12 x Plastic Scrap: Found while fishing in the waters around Ancient Landing where there are no ripples or bubbles.
Open Goofy’s stall in the ancient land
Once you have the required materials, talk to Goofy and he will invite you to open his stall. Interact with the Scrooge McDuck sign next to the stall. No payment is required to officially open the stall; talking to Scrooge is enough. However, you can later upgrade the stall twice for 2000 and 3000 star coins to expand its inventory.

Mengguang Valley
“Disneyland” is a life simulation adventure game released in 2023. Developed and published by Gameloft Montréal, the game invites players to take care of the Magic Valley, where Disney and Pixar characters live. These characters have lost their memories due to a curse, and players must help them rediscover life in the valley.
The game originally launched in Early Access on September 6, 2022 on multiple platforms including Nintendo Switch, PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Windows, Xbox One, and Xbox Series X/S. The macOS version enters Early Access on December 6, 2022, coinciding with the game’s second content update. While Early Access required a “Founder’s Pack” or an Xbox Game Pass subscription, the plan was to make the game free-to-play, but that decision changed in October 2023.
Disney Dream Valley gameplay
The story of Disney’s Dream Valley takes place in a magical place called “Dream Valley”, where various Disney and Pixar characters live in different environments. The game allows players to control customizable characters that live in the valley, similar to Nintendo’s Animal Crossing games. The Valley runs in real time based on the player’s console or computer time.
Players can explore the valley, gather resources, and use magic to clear away “night thorns,” unwanted plants using dark magic. Cooking stations, crafting stations, and other facilities allow players to cook meals, craft materials, and craft furniture. Eating food replenishes the energy needed to use magical tools such as pickaxes, shovels, fishing rods, and watering cans. The unique meals offer a variety of benefits, such as increased energy and enhanced performance.
Furniture and objects can be placed and rearranged in the valley, and buildings can be moved. Players can customize their clothing and appearance, and a unique feature called Magic Touch lets them design clothing and furniture. Unlike Animal Crossing, tools, clothing, and furniture don’t take up inventory space.
Disney Dream Valley plot
In the game, you play as a man who temporarily leaves city life and returns to his childhood hometown. They fell asleep in the old backyard and entered a dream world called Dream Light Valley. The valley was peaceful until the ruler disappeared, and Nightthorn caused the villagers to lose their memories in “Oblivion”.
With Merlin’s help, you use a magic called “Dream Light” to remove obstacles and restore the valley. You explore different areas, help characters, and uncover your own past as a former ruler. The source of the problem is revealed to be a dark being known as the Forsaken, who is your inner child, corrupted by negative emotions. You work together to heal the damaging rifts and restore harmony to Dreamlight Valley.
