How to get Oden Jus in Persona 3 Reload?

Elizabeth’s 96th request in Persona 3 Reload will begin on November 6th.

Find a rare drink called Oden for Elizabeth.
Availability:
This unique drink is not sold in vending machines or stores in Tokyo or Tartarus.
