How to get the ghost in Pokémon Scarlet, Purple and Blue?

To get a Ghost in Pokémon Crimson and Violet, you need to follow these steps:

Complete the Indigo Disk storyline:

  • Complete the main storyline of Indigo Disc. Afterwards, a character named Snacksworth will appear at the entrance of Blueberry Academy.

Get the ghost treatment:

  • Snacksworth will give you the Spectrier Treat, which is the special item needed to make the Spectrier appear in Paldea. To get this treat, you must complete various blueberry tasks (grilling). These missions can be solo or group events, and Snacksworth will reward you with legendary treats as you reach new milestones.

Complete BBQ Legend Cuisine:

  • Attend a solo or group BBQ for different legendary cuisine. These treats are like a battle pass, by working hard to complete the BBQ, you’ll eventually earn a ghost treat. This may take some time, but if your goal is to collect all returning legendary items except for ghosts, the effort will be worth it.

Find the ghost in Pardia:

  • Once you get the ghost treatment, ghosts will automatically spawn in Pardia. The specific location is near the northern edge of the large crater Pardia, also known as Zone Zero. It is located between Dalizapa Passage and Medali.

Navigate to Spectrier’s location:

  • If you’re starting from the Pokémon Center in Dalisapa Pass, head west, climb over the rock wall, and keep going until you reach the ghost. It will be located on the ruins of an old cobblestone building.

Prepare to meet:

  • Ghost is a level 70 Ghost-type Pokémon that is a one-time static encounter. Before approaching it, save your game and build a strong team that can handle level 70 Pokémon. To increase your chances of catching a ghost, weaken it in combat and consider inflicting status conditions like paralysis or sleep before trying to catch it with a Poke Ball.

Simply put, complete the story, complete the BBQ to get the food, get the ghost food, and then find the ghost near the northern rim of the Great Crater of Pardia.
