Like a Dragon: Infinite Wealth Party Member Tier List

S-Class

Ichiro Kiryu’s dominance in Yakuza: Infinite Fortune

Without a doubt, the legendary Kazuma Kiryu, the Dragon of Dojima, is the most powerful party member in Like a Dragon: Infinite Fortune. In this installment, players can experience the power of Kiryu in a new turn-based battle system that seamlessly adapts to his classic fighting style. The Dragon of Dojima class offers exceptional versatility, allowing Kiryu to seamlessly switch between three fighting styles, making him the ideal tank to lead your team through a variety of challenges.

Kasuga’s great strength and versatility

Although Kasuga Ichiban is not as powerful as Kiryu, he has proven himself to be a force to be reckoned with. His unique Hero Class gives Kasuga the flexibility to fill nearly any role on the team, which is a valuable asset considering he cannot be replaced. Additionally, Kasuga has his own exclusive Sujimancer Class, which gives him even more flexibility, allowing him to summon captured Sujimon to implement a variety of battle strategies, solidifying his position as a highly adaptable team member.

Eric Fuzawa’s amazing fighting ability

Eric Tomizawa may not have the legendary status of Kiryu or the inherent strength of Kasuga, but players were pleasantly surprised by his combat abilities in Like a Dragon: Unlimited Riches. Under the Taxi Driver class, Tomizawa showed unexpected versatility, using his high Magic stat growth to utilize a variety of elemental attack magic skills. Additionally, taking on the Desperado class further utilized his impressive Magic stats, being able to use area attacks to effectively take on multiple enemies.

Level A

Seonhee debuts as a playable character

Seonhee played a prominent role in Like a Dragon, but in Like a Dragon: Infinite Fortune, players can finally control her as a party member. Although she only starts to appear in Chapter 8, Seonhee proves to be a great addition with high DPS potential. Her default Assassin class provides a solid foundation, but her true strength shines in the Night Queen class, which enhances her physical abilities and grants valuable support skills.

Chitose Fujinomiya’s Support Expertise

As a new character to the series, Chitose brings a valuable team-building option to players looking for a reliable support character. Her default Heir class offers commendable support abilities, including team healing and enemy status infliction. However, where she really excels is in the Steward or Idol jobs, the former expanding her skillset with magical abilities and the latter enhancing her support skills.

Yunanba’s combat power is enhanced

Yu Nanba reprises his role from Yakuza: Like a Dragon, but he features more prominently in Yakuza: Infinite Fortune thanks to added mechanics. Like Tomizawa, Nanba focuses on magical skills, with his default hobo class offering powerful area-of-effect abilities. While Nanba’s skill variety may not be as good as Tomizawa’s, his high magic stats are still a valuable asset that players can take advantage of in battle.

B-level

Zhao Tianyou’s strengths and limitations

Zhao Tianyou appears as a powerful physical attacker in Dragon Tiger War: Unlimited Fortune, despite joining the team late in the game. His default Gangster class highlights his proficiency with blades and agility. The best way to utilize Zhao Tianyou is to switch to the Chef class, allowing him to use both blunt and blade skills, thus enhancing his offensive capabilities and overall versatility.

Adachi Koichi’s tank character

Koichi Adachi, who appears in Chapter 7, fills a similar role to Kiryu, but lacks the same utility. He primarily functions as a tank, with the default Detective class excelling at defense at the expense of agility. Switching Adachi to the Samurai class boosts both offense and defense, but he’s still primarily suited to absorbing blows, rather than excelling in other roles.

Mukaida Saeko’s support potential

Introduced in Chapter 8, Saeko Mukoda is capable of playing a supporting role within the party, though not as effectively as characters like Chitose. Hampered by her default bar maid job, Saeko really shines when assigned to a more powerful support class like Idol. This shift gives her the necessary skills to expertly support the party through the final challenge of Like a Dragon: Infinite Riches.

C-level

Han Junji’s delayed entry and fighting potential

Joongi Han is a strong fighter with his default Killer class. However, he is introduced late in the game, which can be a challenge for players looking to integrate him effectively into their team. While the Outlaw class offers the most potential for Joongi, since he is introduced late in the game (near the end of the game), it may not be worth the time to spend grinding this class.
