The Lincoln Lawyer Season 1 Episode 9 Review
In The Lincoln Lawyer Season 1 Episode 9, Mickey Haller faces a challenge in the murder case of Vincent’s wife, Laura. Lankford’s attempts to intimidate the supposed murderer fail, and time is running out for Mickey to gather evidence. Maggie asks Mitch to put Tanya on a wire in order to get Soto, the real killer, to confess. Meanwhile, Mitch reveals his relationship with the Saints to Cisco, who expresses concern about the Russians.
In court, Trevor testifies against Mitch’s will and is crushed by Gollancz, who suspects him of lying. However, Mitch saves the case during his closing argument, proving that Trevor could not have changed and concealed the gun on such short notice. Tanya, Maggie and Lankford succeed in getting Soto to confess to the murder. After the trial, Mickey met with Weems and provided information to help him sue the Vincent estate for malfeasance.
Later, Mitch realizes that Trevor is Laura and Rilz’s real killer, and he uses his drone to process the incriminating evidence.
