Lords of the Fallen gameplay

In Lords of the Fallen, players will play a customizable character in a vast and interconnected world. The game uses a third-person perspective, allowing players to see themselves from behind the character. There are nine different character classes to choose from in the game, and players can also personalize the appearance of their characters. The gameplay of Lords of the Fallen combines melee combat and magic, inspired by the challenging aspects of the Souls series of games.

In addition, players can choose to play cooperatively with friends and participate in player-versus-player multiplayer games. The game world is fascinating because it consists of two layers: the Axiom, the world of the living, and the Umbral, the world of the dead. A unique magic lantern enables players to transition between these worlds. If they die, the player will be teleported to the Umbral and must return to the Axiom to regain lost experience points.

However, dying in Umbral results in the loss of unused experience points. Save points are few and far between in each area, but players can craft their own using materials gathered from Umbral creatures. Lords of the Fallen offers an immersive experience full of exploration, combat, and strategy elements in a world full of challenges and mysteries.
