In Mortal Kombat 1, there is a character named Sub-Zero. His real name is Bihan, and he is the brother of another character Xiezi, whose real name is Kuai Liang. Both of them are members of Lin Gui’s organization. At first, they help Liu Kang and his friends in their adventures.
But as the story goes on, something changes. Zero decided to rebel against his brother Scorpion and began supporting a villain named Shang Tsung. His goal is to make the Lin Kuei clan powerful on Earth. This turned him against Liu Kang, who was trying to protect Earth.
