The 20th request will be available in-game on June 13. The objective of the mission is to bring Elizabeth some powerful medicine by an unspecified time. The reward for completing this request is a steel pipe.

How to get strong drugs

To get the Powerful Medicine, you need to explore Hell first. After exploring Hell, go to the Nurse’s Office at Gekkoukan High School the next day and enter. During the interaction, the Nurse will give you 1x Powerful Medicine.

Report to Elizabeth

Once you have acquired the Powerful Medicine, report back to Elizabeth to complete Request 20. This requires giving her the acquired Powerful Medicine, in return you will receive the specified reward.
