Tekken 8 Customization Concept
In Tekken 8, players have a wealth of customization options to personalize their gaming experience. The Fight Lounge is a social hub where players can meet and interact with others, while using Fight Money to purchase a variety of clothing and body details in the store to customize their avatar. In addition, players can also showcase their achievements through customized player information such as titles and title cards.
Character Customization allows players to tailor all 32 characters to their liking with a variety of preset costumes, including returning favorites and brand new styles, adding variety and flair to each fighter’s appearance.

Customizing your characters in Tekken 8 is easy and fun. Simply navigate to the main menu and select the Customize tab. The new feature “Heat” system provides chip damage, additional moves, and altered move properties, allowing fighters to dash to cancel and activate unique moves. The Heat State timer is affected by player actions, blocking a heavy attack or Heat State character will cause chip damage, and the health bar can only be restored through offensive actions.
The Rage system returns with a revision, with “Heat Smash” as a standalone move. The game introduces a juggle combo expansion system, replacing the planned return of the “Screw” damage attribute. Tekken 8 aims to create a cinematic combat experience, emphasizing stage destruction and character reactions. The game is powered by Unreal Engine 5 and features all-new character models and voice lines. Online modes include “Arcade Quest”, which offers customization and the use of “Fight Money” currency to purchase various in-game features.
