Where is King Dorefin in The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom?
In The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Realm, you can find King Dorefin in the Primordial Temple. Children in Zora’s Territory will prompt Link to the location, pointing out the waterfall between Zora’s Territory and Mount Promus. Specifically, the waterfall you’re looking for is in the northeastern part of Zora’s territory, just to the right of “Lake Mikau” on the map. In order to reach King Dorefin, players need to swim into the lower waterfall and enter the hidden primordial temple.
However, getting close to King Dorefin himself requires the Zora Armor Breastplate. This special piece of armor allows Link to pass through a hidden waterfall within the Sanctuary, thereby entering the area where King Dorefin lives. So before starting your quest to meet the king, be sure to equip the Zora Armor Breastplate in order to pass through the hidden waterfall and reach the Primordial Temple.

The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom gameplay
In The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom, you play as Link and explore the vast world of Hyrule. You can go hiking, horseback riding or paragliding. There are also new places to explore, like floating islands in the sky and a massive underground area called The Abyss.
Along the way, you’ll find some cool gadgets called Zonai devices that help you fight and explore. You also have access to five new abilities, such as Ultrahand, which lets you pick up and connect objects, and Fuse, which helps you improve your weapons by combining objects.
Just like the previous game, there are shrines and Korok seeds to discover, and rewards for completing challenges. But beware of blues—it’s that nasty stuff that can slow you down and make you lose confidence. When you take risks, you have to figure out how to deal with it.

In “Tears of the Kingdom”, the story unfolds after “Breath of the Wild”. Link and Zelda explore a creepy cave beneath Hyrule Castle, where a bad thing called the Shady is causing trouble. They’re attacked and things get crazy – the Master Sword breaks, Link is injured, and the castle floats away. Zelda disappears with a mysterious object, and Link’s arm is replaced on Sky Island. With the help of the god Rauru, Link examines the island and returns.
After this incident, Hyrule was in chaos, so Link tried to solve the problem. Along the way, he teams up with friends like Sidon, Tulin, Yunobo and Riju. They explore ancient temples, become saints, and find special artifacts. But then, fake Zelda shows up, working for the bad guy Ganondorf. Link and his team defeat her, and Link meets Mineru, an old sage who helps Zelda gain a new body.
Through Mineru and some ancient stones, Link learns that Zelda has been sent back in time. Back then, Ganondorf was in trouble, and Zelda and others transformed into sages to stop him. It gets pretty intense, with sacrifice and Zelda turning into a dragon to protect the Master Sword. Back in the present, Link regains the Master Sword from the dragon and confronts Ganondorf. It was a big battle, with all his friends helping, and in the end, they defeated Ganondorf. Zelda becomes human again, and with the help of some spirits, everything is sorted out. Link and Zelda reunite and return to Hyrule, whereupon Mineru and the Sages promise to keep an eye on everything to protect Hyrule.
